Conflict Resolution
Unaddressed conflict rarely resolves itself. It settles into the background, quietly shaping how people work together (or avoid working together) long after the original issue has passed. This work is about interrupting that pattern deliberately, before it hardens into distance or distrust.
Who is this for
Colleagues, teams, or leaders caught in a conflict that talking around hasn't fixed. Maybe it's two people who used to work well together and now can't get past what happened. Maybe it's a team fractured by something that was never fully addressed. Maybe you're a leader who knows the tension on your team is costing more than anyone's willing to say out loud.
If you're ready to deal with what's actually going on rather than manage around it, this is where that starts.
What the work looks like
We start individually. I meet with each person involved to understand their needs, concerns, and interests. It's not to take sides, but to make sure everyone feels genuinely heard before any conversation happens together. From there, we identify what matters most to each person in rebuilding a working relationship that's professional and respectful, and prioritize what will move things forward fastest.
When we bring the parties together, the goal isn't just an apology or a truce. It's a real agreement. We define clear accountabilities, agree on what progress actually looks like, and put a plan in place for handling setbacks if they happen. I document what we've agreed to, everyone reviews it, and I stay involved afterward with check-ins and ongoing support as needed.
What changes
People move from avoiding each other, or performing civility, to a working relationship that can actually hold weight again. What was unspoken gets named and dealt with, not just smoothed over. Instead of a fragile peace, you get a real agreement, one that's specific, mutually understood, and built to hold up when things get hard again. The result isn't just resolution. It's a working relationship that's more honest, and more durable, than it was before the conflict.
